Cody is one of the great men of God. He has wisdom, knowledge and a spirit that is found in very few. I miss seeing him as often as I use to. And he has a beautiful wife that supports him and keeps him on his best behaviour.

I am a Life Challenge graduate. I graduated in Aug 2008. I was one rebellious student. I went by the name of Angela Pietrangeli. Now i am Angel Dobson. Ive been married almost two yrs to an amazing man, but thats not why im writing. I miss Life Challenge so much. I want to thank you Pastor Jeff for your humble heart and an amazing program that saves man and woman like myself. I always enjoy reading your news letters. This one really spoke to me about unplanned places, when i came to life challenge i was so broken and it was an unplanned place that i had no clue where i was going to end up. Now i see where God wanted me. I am the youth administrator of my youth group, a business owner with my husband, a mother to my daughter and i am about to do an internship with the DEA to help get drugs off the streets and a follower of Jesus. I would never be where i am at today if if wasnt for the unplanned place of Life Challenge. Thank You for helping me. I have not arrived but i strive to.

It took some time for God’s word and His will for my life to travel from my head to my heart~ but my experiences at (Teen) Life Challege planted that seed which continues to grow and prosper with each new day.

Today I am a blessed widow with a healthy, happy son who also loves and serves the Lord. God is faithful, and I will forever be grateful for gift of time spent learning and growing at this Bible Institute.

Speaking of the late Brother Ytterock, he was an AMAZING teacher ♥ Brother Ytterock taught me OBEDIENCE OUT OF LOVE~ NOT a life of integrity based on FEAR. He taught me by example, as I grew to love this teacher. In the same manner, I strive to live a Christian life bc of my love for Jesus Christ. *Christians aren’t perfect, but we’re forgiven~ Praise God!

I have been thinking about all of you at Teen Challenge, and praying for you too. Took a virtual tour via your you tube posting and love the remodeling. I mailed a letter to brother Jeff, which I have not had a response from. I can understand. I want to retract some of the attitude in that letter. The year I spent as a student, was difficult, and at times I forget that the ultimate goal was to draw closer to God, and that is exactly what happened for me. I have strayed from time to time, yet I am still pressing forward. Due to some wonderful changes in my life that I would love to share in a more personal way than thru email, I am now a full time student and Grand Valley State University, aiming for a Bachelors, and then a Masters in Social Work. It is time for me to “pay it forward.”

Thanks for always praying for me, even when I wasn’t the most likable.
